At Gadgify, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our US-based fulfillment partners.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99
- Express Shipping: $19.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@gadgify.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
